Shipping & Return Policy
Due to the impact of COVID-19, our regular shipping time frame is currently being affected by extra precautions we’ve put in place to protect the health and safety of both you and our team. DO EXPECT A POSSIBLE DELAY IN YOUR ORDERS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSES.
All domestic orders will take approximately 15 days for delivery from the date of Order. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guideline only. Please do not accept any product if the packaging seal is broken or has been tampered with. Returns of products wherein the customer has accepted the products in tampered packaging will not be entertained. Returns are only possible when there are visible manufacturing defects found in the product received by the consumer.
Free Delivery is applicable for all products excepts Furniture, Tables, Stools and products that cannot be shipped.
Free Delivery is applicable to all products in Mumbai Region.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
You can cancel an order, that has not yet been shipped by sending a request to Sales@KaReGhar.com. After order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned or replaced. The return policy is mentioned below is applicable.
No return or exchange would be allowed for Keychains.
You can return products, up to 7 days from the date of dispatch. You can send a return request to Sales@KaReGhar.com.
The Company follows NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURN POLICY.
The returned product should be in its original packaging and in the same unused and unsoiled condition as received.
Reverse pickup can be arranged only for a selected set of pincodes. You can check by contacting Sales@KaReGhar.com. If your pincode doesn't have reverse pickup facility, you will have to ship the item back.

Replacement will be shipped after the original item has been received in the warehouse, subject to the following conditions:
The item(s) should be unused and unsoiled.
The packaging should have the original tags in place.
They should be returned within 7 days from the dispatch date. Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted. No amount will be refunded in this case.
You can only exchange your item within 7 days and receive a replacement of that exact product or another product of the same value. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, the difference will have to be paid in advance.
You can choose for refund to the original payment source.
